RECEPTION DESK
The hotel’s reception desk is at your service on a 24h basis. Ask at the reception desk or call 0 from your room for any information you may need.
RESTAURANT/POOL BAR AND CAFE
Breakfast: Mon – Sun 07.00 – 10.30 Dinner: 18.15 -21.15 All Day Snack: 12.00-19.00 Room Service 09.00 - 21.30 for food and drinks, until 24.00 only drinks Bar: 09.00-00.30
Notice for guests with Half-Board: If you miss a day’s meal at your own responsibility, it cannot be substituted by another meal
Breakfast & Lunch basket
BREAKFAST BASKET
If you wish to have breakfast before 07.00, please contact the reception desk before 20.00 the previous day. Our chef will prepare for you a Breakfast basket, which you can ask for at the reception desk in the morning before your departure.
LUNCH BASKET
If you plan to go on an excursion and wish to replace your dinner with a Lunch Basket, please inform the reception before 20.00 the previous day.
Notice: If you wish to have a Lunch Basket and also dinner the same day, the hotel will charge you for the Lunch Basket and you can dine as usual.

SWIMMING POOL AND MORE
The hotel’s swimming pool is open daily between 08.00 - 18.00. Every Monday from 08.00-16.00. No fee charged for the use of the sunbeds. However it is not allowed to leave your towel on the sunbeds and to occupy it while you are absent for a long time. There is one single use cover on each sunbed for your safety. It is not allowed to use the sunbeds without this cover or others guests’ sunbeds.
You MUST shower before you enter the pool. Please keep in mind that a member of our staff controls the number of guests being in the pool at the same time. As per the protocol, maximum number is 40 pax. Games: Billiard, Playroom, table games, table tennis.
BEACH
The part of the beach that is managed by the hotel is located on the central beach of Rethymnon, just 200m away. Sunbeds, changing rooms, showers and service for cool drinks are provided at the beach. Notice: Ask at the reception desk for your discount coupon valid for the sunbeds and umbrellas on the hotel’s beach.
BEACH/POOL TOWELS
You can find beach/pool towels in your room. We change the towels upon your request for room cleanliness. Not every day. We charge 10€ per lost towel.
ROOM CLEANING SERVICE
Cleaning service is not allowed due to COVID-19. You have to request for your room to be cleaned, at the reception desk a day before the latest by 14.00, by sending an e-mail to reception@biohotel.gr. You must be out of the room when the housekeeper is in. You are kindly requested to set out your waste at 10:00-12:00 so maids can collect them.Please inform us about the time you want your room to be cleaned.
ROOM CLEANING SERVICE
You have to request for your room to be cleaned a day before the latest by 14:00. You must be out of the room when the housekeeper is in.You are kindly requested to set out your waste daily between 10:00-12:00 so housekeepers can collect them.
GYM – SAUNA – TURKISH BATH – JACUZZI – MASSAGE (Cretan massage, Anti-Cellulite massage)
Our gym will start operating again as from 1st August, by appointment only. The Spa will stay closed for the whole season 2020
LAUNDRY SERVICE
Due to COVID-19 there is no laundry service. Ask at the reception to find the nearest laundry shop. You will have to deliver you clothes yourself.
WAKE UP SERVICE
If you wish to be waken up at any time, please contact the reception desk and inform us accordingly.
BATH TOWELS
You are kindly requested not to take the towels belonging to your room, to use on the beach or by the pool. It is not allowed to dry towels or clothes on the balcony railing. Please use the drying rack provided for you in the balcony.

DEPARTURE DAY
Checking out from the room is 11.00 p.m. If you wish to extend your stay after 11.00 p.m., please contact the reception desk the previous day to check if there are rooms available. There is a luggage room where you can store your luggage until your departure and also changing rooms with showers if you wish to use them.
